Natural Succession

What is natural succession? It is the process of the development of vegetation in a place where logging, mining, a fire, or another disturbance, natural or not has occurred. It is what happens to a place without human interference.

This explains natural succession where a fire took place. We can use this example because some life did exist after White’s Woods was logged and rock quarried as life exists after a fire.
